Working with Linda Wright has been a great pleasure. I was looking for a home in an area with limited inventory and high demand, so finding a home at a reasonable prices was not going to be easy. Linda’s approach to helping customers find a home is really what makes her so great at what she does. Linda gives of herself to education and provide guidance without putting pressure on making a sale. Linda puts her client’s needs first and foremost and that is the approach she uses to making a sale. In the 9 months it took to find my home, Linda took hours of her time to first make sure she understood my needs. Based on this knowledge, she guided me to the right homes and she even took time out of her own schedule to check on a home before asking me to go out to see it. Linda Wright is what I consider a great realtor. I was worried about getting a realtor to help me find a house as I had heard so many stories about how difficult they can be to work with.I never had any difficulty getting in touch with her or working with her. Linda will not only listen to what you want during your initial meeting but will also be listening to what you say during a walk through in a house and then adjust the game plan accordingly so you don’t waste your time looking at houses that don’t fit your needs. With all of the house on the market it is great to have someone who can tell you what is a good bargain & a good neighborhood, especially when you are not familiar with a particular area. Linda will also be there every step of the way, she just doesn’t show you a house and then show up at closing to get money, she actually wants you to be comfortable in the process and wants you to be happy in your new home. This was a great experience & I am extremely happy in my home.

I would like to take a moment to share my home selling experiences with Linda Wright as my agent. My husband & I were in the market for a new home and needed to sell our existing home. Prior to meeting Linda we had been through several agents in a short period of time. The experience would go like this: They would show us a few homes; if we did not move to make an offer right away they would suddenly stop sending us info and were slow to return calls or not at all. Basically the experience with other agents was less than satisfactory. We met Linda when I stopped at an open house & from that moment on Linda was our agent. She spent over a year working with us. A few months ago my wife and I made the decision to short sell our condo in Pinellas Park Florida. It is a rare thing to find someone who is as genuine and giving as you are. You make my life easier from beginning to end. When we went through the leasing process, you not all advertised in the right sites but you also made sure that the tenants I got were financially sound and reliable which has been such a blessing. The tenant treats my condo as if it is his and I don’t have to worry about any damage to my property. Every time I reach out to you, you get back to me right away and you’re always on it – whether it is to answer my question or to address a repair. When the microwave broke in my condo, you had it replaced in a day or two and you communicated with me through the process. You do not let anything linger or go unaddressed. You also make sure that any repair costs are kept to a minimum and work with the repair person to make sure the work is done expertly and at the lowest prices possible. Lastly, you always give me great advice. You care about me and my tenant and your intention is always to help us both have a happy and successful partnership. When renting my Carrollwood condo, you advised me to make minor updates so that we can get a quality tenant in there and that the tenant will treat the condo as her home.
